I did email McDonalds about the raw chicken incident and got an email the next day saying they were forwarding it to the franchise we ate at for the owner to see. I thought okay that is nice......the end. Nope! The manager called yesterday to see how Kristen was doing and to apologize! That is all I really wanted. Of course had Kristen gotten sick there would have been the issue of medical costs related but she did not, thank the Lord!
